Buongiorno! On your Assisi guided tour you will learn more about the birthplace of Saint Francis and of course about the Order of Franciscan Monks. Assisi has beautiful churches including the Saint Francis Basilica where the Saint’s remains are kept, and where frescoes by Giotto and Cimabue are located. You will visit the Cathedral of San Rufino and admire the medieval castle, Rocca Maggiore, constructed in 1367 by the Cardinal Albornoz. Your visit to Assisi will come to a close as you enjoy your lunch in a lovely restaurant where you will flavor the authentic flavors of Umbria including fresh homemade pastas, delicious cheeses, flavorful meats and divine desserts, accompanied by local wines. Your next stop will be Montefalco, a small Medieval Borgo, very famous for its delicious Sagrantino Wine. Here you will also visit a local Montefalco Farmhouse where you will visit the Winery, the olive groves, the vineyard and of course the Oil Mill. Followed the guided visit of the site, there will be a wonderful tasting of local excellence wines such as Sagrantino, Montefalco Rosso, Umbria Rosso and Umbria Grechetto. Taste also local Evo Oil, made with the ‘’a freddo’’ technique. After the healthy walks and after having found some truffles, you will return to the farmhouse where you will be greeted by your private chef. He will teach you his secrets and all the curiosities about local cuisine prior the cooking class. And now it's time to put your hands in the dough and cook your own Umbrian lunch. During the cooking class, you will taste the local products produced by the Farmhouse itself and try some of their excellent wines learning the right pairings to do with them and the dishes cooked. After lunch, be ready for a cultural and artistic adventure in Perugia. During your 2 hrs guided walking tour you will visit the city center and of course locations such as Palazzo dei Priori, Piazza Centrale and take a glimpse over the Pozzo Etrusco. Visit Perugina chocolate factory, famous for its gourmet chocolates production, and taste some chocolates made on site. After this incredibly full of events day, you will return to your accommodation, where a relaxing bath and a delicious dinner will be waiting for you.

Here you will visit a local incredible Farmhouse which name dates back to XI century. Begin your tour with a Sommelier and Wine Master, discover the Farmhouse property and its origins enjoy a walk through the vineyards into the ancient caves, where the family sparkling wine is made with a traditional method and it is kept in typical special barrels. The wine tasting with a selection of local delicacies. Will take place in the old Medieval Chapel located inside the Property. Your adventure will then continue to Orvieto, where you will visit its magnificent gothic Dome and the ancient city center. Stop for lunch in a local Trattoria, where you will taste local dishes made with Medieval recopies. After your wonderful tour, your Driver will chauffeur you to your custom accommodation in Rome and arrividerci!
